Interface Library Version 03.02.07 Interface not found Device manager USB Controllers wont list anything RT related when plugged in alone or to any VW cars Ive tried 3 and comp, but my wireless handheld device is fine connecting to the cars OBD port.

I know it is not that hard to install the loader but when i think it is finished it says interface not found ( at the test in the beginning of the program) i have the install.exe of 19.6.2 DRV and the newest Install.exe also i have 'vag v9.2’ please excuse my english i come from germany thanksss i check daily my mails. When I have the PC plugged in, the LED light on the dongle is green, but was red before that. It said that it found the USB, but it could not find the interface. I was able to select USB and test, but the test failed. I downloaded VCDS-Release 11.11.3 and tried using my Vag-Com cable to connect to my ‘06 VW Jetta.
